Seabrooke vinyl replacement windows are designed and manufactured to be the strongest replacement windows you can find and they're guaranteed to last a lifetime. Unlike ordinary windows with screwed or stapled corners that can weaken and come loose over time, every sash of the Seabrooke window is fusion-welded to ensure an airtight seal. This means a stronger, better-insulated seal that won't let air or water penetrate.

Air infiltration means that summer heat and winter drafts are penetrating your home, making it difficult and expensive to maintain a consistently comfortable temperature. It's why we double weatherstrip our window sashes for increased draft protection. In fact, our casements achieve one of the lowest air infiltration rates in the industry.

Seabrooke windows have entirely fusion welded sash and mainframes to create a solid, one-piece unit that maintains its strength over the years. Our state of the art fusion process ensures frame and sash corners won't have excess variance found with other welding techniques.

R-Core^® Insulation

We also fill our window frames with patented* R-Core insulation - the same polyurethane used in insulated steel and refrigerator doors. It offers more than twice the insulating performance as the average wood frame and nearly four times more than hollow vinyl or aluminum frames.

Warm Edge Intercept^®

Plus our unique Intercept glass spacer system interrupts the natural flow of heat to cold at the glass perimeter that can cause condensation. Its contentious U-shaped design flexes as the glass expands and contracts, providing a stronger, more energy efficient insulated glass unit and a reliable seal for the life of the window. Intercept is available in most products.

Double-hung and slider windows utilize reinforced sash meeting rails on sizes requiring additional support for unsurpassed strength, durability and energy efficiency.

Hi R+Plus^® Glass System - Because glass makes up the majority of a window's surface, better glass means better energy efficiency. The Hi R+Plus^® glass system has one lite of soft coat, 7/8" single-surface multilayer vacuum-deposition Low-E insulated glass unit with argon gas. Argon gas is 40% denser than air* which means more energy efficiency for your home.

Maxuus^™ Glass System - has two lites of Low-E glass and an insulation chamber of Argon gas. The 7/8" dual-surface multilayer vacuum-deposition Low-E insulated glass units with argon gas makes these windows nearly two times more energy efficient than a clear insulated glass unit. Seabrooke windows with Maxuus glass system creates a window that is high in thermal performance.

Maxuus^™ 7.6 Glass System - is triple pane combining two panes of multilayered vacuum-deposition Low-E insulating glass with an interior glass substrate and two insulating chambers of Argon gas. The result is an insulated glass unit that is nearly four times more energy efficient than clear insulating glass. Seabrooke with Maxuus 7.6 glass system creates one of the best insulated windows in thermal efficiency that you can buy today.

This specially formulated uiPVC (polyvinyl chloride) vinyl withstands harsh weather and wear-and-tear better, without chipping, chaulking or discoloring. Plus, our vinyl's base color is solid throughout, the color keeps frames and sashes looking like new for years to come.

Advanced Easy Clean^® Glass is another remarkable advancement in glass design that eliminates frequent exterior window cleaning. Windows and doors with special Easy Clean Glass require cleaning less often and with less effort than windows with ordinary glass.
